Two of the world's best cyclists have written a training
guide for the world's average cyclists.
Boulder's Michael and Dede Barry have
teamed up with Boulder doctor Shannon Sovndal to write "Fitness Cycling: Programs
for All Levels, Interests and Distances." The husband-and-wife team have
glittering international cycling careers and the book is designed to apply what
they have learned to the citizen cyclist's training routine. |
